Privacy Policy — AutoFlow Reel

AutoFlow Reel (the “Extension”) is a productivity tool that automates your own workflow on Google Flow (labs.google). This policy explains what data the Extension handles. AutoFlow Reel is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google.

1. Data we collect

• Email address — only when you start a free trial or activate a license.
• Device identifier — a random ID generated on your device (deviceId), stored locally and used to verify your license and prevent trial abuse. It is not your hardware ID.
• License key — to validate your subscription.
• Basic technical data — e.g. IP address in server logs when your license is verified.

We do not collect the content of your prompts, videos, images, or your Google account credentials. The Extension operates on your own logged-in Flow session in your browser.

2. How we use it

• To provide and validate your trial/subscription (license check).
• To prevent abuse of the free trial.
• To provide customer support.

3. Where data goes

License/trial data is sent over HTTPS to our server at member.nguyenduchoa.com and stored on our hosting providers (Vercel, Neon). We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.

4. Local storage

Settings, your queue, language, and the device ID are stored locally in your browser via chrome.storage.local and never leave your device except as described above.

5. Permissions

The Extension requests only the permissions needed to automate Flow: access to labs.google.com, the side panel, local storage, downloads (to save generated files), tabs/alarms/notifications (to run and notify you about the queue).

6. Data retention & deletion

You can request deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us.
